Lately, I've felt an impetus to make terse comments about (not so) important culinary issues:
I had a glass or two of White Zinfandel wine with dinner last night. White Zinfandel sucks. The only reason I drink some every now and then is to remind myself not to drink it more often. You'd think I could remember that without the torture.
Oh well.

I know what you mean. I don't like white zinfandel, but I would automatically consider it at a restaurant and not get it. I guess it because I always hope that it's gotten better, and know that it's not.
I like it. Especially when it comes from a box.
